Adrian Chorley is a skilled real estate, construction, & mortgage banking executive with 30+ years of experience in all facets of residential and commercial real estate. He’s acquired comprehensive experience in commercial lending, development financing, asset underwriting, and loan acquisition analysis. He’s a formerly licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker (FL) and current Commercial and Residential Real Estate/Mortgage Broker (CA).
Adrian began his career in in the Florida Keys as a general contractor and owner of Renaissance Construction & Renovation Inc. while acquiring/managing several properties in Key West Florida. He moved to California in the early 2000’s, became real estate broker, and has spent the last 20 years developing his craft in real estate and finance. In 2016, Adrian shifted his professional career into the nonprofit sector as the Director of Affordable Housing for California Human Development before becoming a Senior Project Manager for Burbank Housing.
And as an activist, he co-founded the 501(c)(3) nonprofit fund management company, California Community Lender Inc., served as the chair of the ROC-Sonoma housing and construction committees, and participates in Sonoma’s Community Organization Active in Disaster (COAD).

Jeff Kelly is The ADU Consultant with expertise in planning, designing, financing, building, and leasing Accessory Dwelling Units (“ADUs”). He has devoted his career to working with homeowners and small businesses, and he has developed an understanding of the diverse challenges facing freelancers, entrepreneurs, and business owners. He has a background of providing technical assistance on banking, real estate, and financing for business owners seeking accessing financing to sustainably upgrade their operations, properties, and facilities.
Over the years, he developed a professional network and reputation as a community organizer through coordinating workshops, participating in panels, and promoting sustainable (re)development, alternative financing, and local enterprise. Furthermore, he is co-founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit fund management company, California Community Lender Inc., and he contributes to a number of nonprofit boards and committees including; US Green Building Council - Redwood Empire Chapter, The LIME Foundation, Sustainable North Bay, ROC-Sonoma, and Farmster.
